We are looking for an experienced recruiter initially for a 6 months fixed term, extendable. You must be based in the UK (or Europe). Occasional travel to Germany/Netherland/France may be required. You will be working closely with head of talent acquisition/HR team of our client.
Responsibilities:
- Take lead on end to end hiring permanent and contract staff on behalf of our client.
- Find candidates, shortlist CVs, conduct preliminary interviews, screening, background checks of various roles.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Account Managers to understand the position requirements and advise on policies, processes, recruiting initiatives and compliance.
- Perform all full cycle recruiting responsibilities including candidate and hiring manager
- Liaise with the clients to understand their requirements, refine job descriptions and conduct final interviews
- Produce process and procedure documents, implement best practices to main efficiency and quality
Excellent communication from kick-off to onboarding
- Perform various reporting responsibilities
- Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring to meet Technology Recruiting, and Process Improvement Initiatives
- Building relationships with clients and hiring teams
- Create innovative sourcing strategies and ensuring a high-touch candidate experience
- Facilitate and lead meetings and key initiatives and projects with recruiting team, cross-functional partners and client groups
- Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of the Talent Acquisition Team including Technology Recruiting Team
- Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally
Requirements
- 1+ years of Experience in recruitment (preferably in energy sector)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills.
- Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Must be able to travel extensively on recruiting assignments.
