How It Works

• Introduce Sharp Brains Recruitment to a company you know or work for
• Sharp Brains (recruitment agency) and the company you refer us to entre into an agreement and first hiring is made through Sharp Brains
• You are paid up to £500 as reward for referral within 14 days of receipt of invoice payments from the company

Terms & Conditions:

• The referral scheme is whole discretion of Sharp Brains Limited and can be withdrawn any time without any notice. The terms and conditions of the scheme may change without any prior notice.
• In order to qualify for the reward:
  • Sharp Brains and the company you introduce enter an agreement and
  • A successful job placement is made through Sharp Brains and
  • The company you introduce has paid invoice to the Sharp Brains and
  • You were the first person to introduce Sharp Brains Limited to the company you work with and
  • You were not hiring manager or part of HR team at the time of referral
• The referral payment will be up to £500 depending upon the amount of invoice raised for the placement of first permanent or contract role.
• The amount will be paid to your personal bank account, and you will be responsible for any tax or other liabilities
• An amount of £500 or 10% of the invoice (whichever is lower) would be paid to you within 14 days of clearance of the invoice
• If the placement through your referral is not successful or invoice is not paid by the company, Sharp Brains is under no obligation to pay any amount to you
• You must not be the hiring manager or someone part of HR or recruitment team in order to benefit from this scheme
• You must ensure that benefitting from this scheme is not in conflict of interest or any agreement you have with the company.
• You must no be staff/employee/contractor/volunteer of Sharp Brains in order to benefit from this scheme. There are other incentives and performance based bonuses for staff.
• You agree to provide your name, email, contact number, address and bank account details in order to receive referral cash.
• You must ensure you are complying with the company policies and GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) before sharing any data with Sharp Brains Limited
• Sharp Brains Limited will use the data for marketing of its business/services. It will not be shared with third parties.
• By filling in referral form you are agreeing to our privacy policy and terms and conditions
• It is mandatory to fill in the referral form, however, you don’t have to provide company contact details. You can alternatively provide Sharp Brains contact (email: hiring@sb-recruit.co.uk) to the company.
