Job Description

We need a Recruitment Coordinator (not a general admin/coordinator person) with a minimum of 6 months experience in a recruitment environment, whether from a coordinating or recruitment perspective. This is a fixed term contract offering £12-15 per hour salary. It is based in Slough.

Job Description:

Main responsibilities:
• Scheduling interviews through our ATS systems
• Sending Interview Teams invites
• Drafting contracts and uploading to Docusign
• Makes sure ATS is updated for each candidate info (address, GDPR consent, NDA form etc)
• Create New Hire folders with necessary onboarding documentation

Responsibilities as and when required:
• Tracking – pulling info from Jobvite through to trackers we have
• Reporting (making sure info is correct) from Jobvite to trackers we use
• Updating JDs + on LinkedIn/job platforms
• Chasing references
• Get basic information from candidates
• Possibly help with some competitor research

Must have experience with the recruitment process, most specifically the below:
• Calling candidates and scheduling interviews
• Using an ATS platform
