This is contract role of 6 Months (Extendable) based in London, United Kingdom. This role is initially remote and flexible. You must be eligible to work in the UK.
12+ Years of experience ideally as a Portfolio Manager/Program Manager.
Will be responsible for collaborating with Technical and leadership teams to define, prioritize, and govern projects across the portfolio.
Should be able to connect the Portfolio to Enterprise Strategy and maintain a portfolio vision.
Planning, setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
Define metrics/KPIs for monitoring and measuring portfolio performance.
Define standards, PPM tools, and processes for Portfolio governance
Gather data about project progress and produce reports with actionable insights.
Identify ways of automating the information/ data for portfolio level review
Understand and drive optimization in the overall process flow from onboarding, active development to offboarding of programs under the portfolio
Should be able to Analyse financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation and derive reports that provide actionable insights
Providing financial reports and budget outlines to Executives
