Job Description

This is a permanent roles for our client based in Romania. The role offers competitive salary and a number of benefits. The role offers flexibility to work remotely as long as you are based in Romania and available for occasional meetings.

The Role:

• QA Automation Engineer Consulting (QA Automation - Selenium, Cucumber Framework / Java Script)

Summary of the Role/Responsibilities/Project:

• This role is for a project with a global market leader for technology company in the High-Tech domain
• This role has the responsibility for drive work within project teams and with a variety of business stakeholders to ensure that all business requirements are understood, documented, and met expectations

Main responsibilities:

• Test Analysis: static testing of requirements and checks them for completeness and consistency
• Create a set of tests based on requirements and plans configurations that are necessary for testing
• Perform pre-planned tests, describe found errors and steps to reproduce them
• Create and optimise automated test based on tests plans; run and monitor those plans

Must have Technical Skills:

• Experience in testing business software solutions and in test automation frameworks (Jira, Xray, TestComplete)
• Expertise in business software like Accounting, ERP, Payroll and Agile working methods

Nice to have Technical Skills:

• ISTQB Foundation or Equivalent

Soft Skills:

• Team player with experience of working with distributed and global teams
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate and present complex information concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Analytical and critical thinking skills, prepared to challenge conventional thinking
