Job Description

This role is to support our social media marketing team for clients based in the UK. You will be part of digital marketing team and work closely with researchers, content writers and social media campaigners. You may be working for several clients at a time or dedicated for a single client project depending upon the scope of deliverables. We have been offering our web/app development to our client under our brand Brains Hub for last 8 years. It is a client facing role and travel to client sites may be required on regular basis for meetings or on-site work.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the digital marketing team to understand requirements of digital marketing for our existing and new clients and design statics, animated and video posts.
• Create high quality design versions based on the contents and proactively suggest improvements and enhancements
• Put forward new ideas and seek out ways to improve our quality of our designs
• Working with a wide range of media, online and in print
• Creating engaging video content for all online presence
• Liaising with clients to discuss project requirements and developing concepts based on their needs
• Presenting finalised ideas and concepts to clients
• Proactive input of design ideas and suggestions to improve internal and client websites and online social media channels
• Creating banners for online marketing channels
• Designing and building E-flyers for club
• Producing full set of social assets for promo
• Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches
• Contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief
• Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work
• Working on layouts and art working pages ready for print

What do you need to be successful in this role?

• Have a technical background/mindset
• 3-5 years of experienced supported by demonstrable examples
• A strong portfolio of creative and visually engaging designs
• Proven experience of design for social media marketing
• Experience of working with and developing brand guidelines

This is a hybrid working role open to applicants living anywhere in the UK but you should be able to commute to our Slough office on weekly basis and clients locations in the UK for meetings on regular basis.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £26,000.00 per year
