Job Description
This is a full time permanent for a client who is a global welfare organization committed to ensuring that every orphaned child living in poverty has access to the tools and opportunities they need to overcome their difficult experiences. They believe that when a child fulfils their potential, their own future is transformed as well as the future of their families, their community, and society at large. Hours:
Full-time (40 hours a week), Part-Time (20 hours a week), Permanent, or Temporary. Flexibility to occasionally work outside hours is required
Responsibilities:
- Managing design projects end to end, from initial idea stage to final production
- Follow an efficient workflow, managing the design process with the marketing team
- Lead and take ownership of timely delivery of static and animated artwork for various projects
Skills You should have:
- Ability to work on multiple projects/workstreams, quickly picking up a brief and convert ideas to graphics
- Social media graphic designer & can edit videos & experience with motion graphics.
- Sound knowledge of social media trends on Instagram, Facebook, Snap, TikTok and YouTube
- Excellent teamwork and positive attitude
- An outstanding design portfolio showcasing an all-round capability
- Creative thinking ability to try out new ideas
- Experience of leading a design team on projects
- Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud
- Confidence to speak directly to clients, explaining your design rationale to them
- Work as part of a team, responding well to the fast-paced environment
